Our Curriculum

Language and Literacy
At our preschool, your child’s language and literacy growth is nurtured through meaningful experiences, conversations, songs and play. Using the Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) Framework as a guide, it aids us in helping young children learn to listen and understand spoken words and express themselves through sounds, gestures, and words.
Letterland
We use the Letterland Phonics Programme to support your child’s early language and literacy development in a fun and engaging way. In Letterland, each letter of the alphabet is turned into a friendly character. These characters help children easily remember the letter sounds by linking them to stories, songs and actions.

Numeracy
We create meaningful opportunities for our children to learn math through hands-on exploration, storytelling and real-life situations like snack time or outdoor play. We support your child’s numeracy development by helping them explore numbers, shapes, sizes and patterns and solve simple problems like sorting, matching or counting objects.

Discovery of the World
We create safe, engaging spaces where children are encouraged to explore using their five senses, experiment freely and talk about what they see and wonder. Through these hands-on experiences, they naturally develop important concepts such as cause and effect, object permanence and classification.
Music Movement
Our children engage with music and movement through both structured group activities and free exploration. We use instruments, scarves, ribbons, action songs and rhythm games to make these moments fun and meaningful. We always respond to each child’s comfort level and invite, rather than instruct. Music and movement in our classroom are designed to be joyful, respectful, responsive, and rooted in the child’s natural desire to move and connect.
Emotional Development
At our preschool, we understand that a child’s ability to recognise, express, and manage their emotions is just as important as learning to read or count. We create a safe, nurturing space where children feel loved, respected, and supported — helping them build emotional strength from the inside out. Emotional learning happens naturally during daily routines, play, and through warm, responsive interactions with teachers and peers.

Water Wonders
Water play isn’t just fun — it helps your child learn and grow in many ways! Through simple actions like pouring, scooping, and splashing, children develop fine motor skills, explore early science and math concepts, build language by talking about what they’re doing, and practise social skills like sharing and turn-taking. It also supports emotional wellbeing by helping children relax and focus.
